Welcome our New Family Member!

We have a new family member...and no it isn't the baby. Her name is Didi and she's Lily's new imaginary friend. Over the past few weeks, Husband and I have noticed Lily whispering or talking softly to herself. "Who are you talking to?" I asked one day. "Didi," Lily replied. "I told her to sit down. We don't stand up on the couch!". Lily goes back and forth between saying Didi is real or just 'tend, but nearly everything she says to Didi is pretty bossy and sounds strangely familiar. Things like "Hold my hand in the parking lot, Didi! There are cars!" or "Didi its time for night night. I'll sing you one rainbow and two twinkles. No, Didi, just ONE rainbow and TWO twinkles." or "Didi we'll go to the park if you take a good nap!". Well, at least Husband and I know that she's listening when we ask her to do things, even if she appears to be ignoring us.
